PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped with in 1 - 3 business days after payment is complete.

Orders placed on Friday evenings, weekends or holidays will not be processed until the next business day.

Orders on Back Order will ship within 15 - 30 days and we will notify you via email if the item you ordered is on back order at which time you can either choose to wait for delivery or request a refund.

PAYMENT METHODS :
Paypal™ payments are processed immediately unless you pay via eCheck which may take up to 5 -7 days to clear your bank. Once your eCheck has cleared, your order will be processed.

Once your order is shipped we will provide you with a tracking # via email.

These items in the store are specialty items which are tested for the specific make and model gun. These items are sometimes sourced from different manufacturers in the USA and are drop shipped to you. As a result muli-item orders may have different tracking numbers.

If you don't have a Paypal™ Account and would like to use Google Checkout™ to pay via your Credit /Debit Card please email (info@icgpartners.biz) us with the Subject line: PAYMENT LINK REQUEST

We will send you a payment link via Google Checkout™. Please note all orders are shipped to the address listed on your Paypal™ or Google Checkout™ Account unless other wise requested via email. We do not take orders over the phone. If you would like to pay by Money Order you may email or call us for the address to mail in your payment.

RETURNS:

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be returned to:

Original package slip must accompany returns.

We accept returns for exchange or refund 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 30 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

-without showing signs of wear or damage in any way



-within 30 calendar days of the delivery date (after 30 days no returns are allowed)



-must not be a special order or a custom order



-unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 30 days noted in that item's particular item description.



If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately (754) 234 - 0295. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 60 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 60 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.

Limitation of Liability
THIS WEBSITE AND IT'S OWNER shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if THIS WEBSITE AND IT'S OWNER has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless THIS WEBSITE, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the "Service Providers") from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.

Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including THIS WEBSITE or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited.
